As we have had a busier then normal start to this season & the phones have been in high demand, we ask that you please be patient & leave a message and one of our staff will call you back ASAP.
~NO Water Testing on Saturdays~
We will not be offering water testing on Saturdays during open and cl0sing season. Due to the overwhelmingly high demand of water test and shortage of trained staff. We are asking that those customers that have crystal clear water please try & continue to use test kits or test strips safely at home to test your water (unless you are having major issues) & leave the water tests for the customers who's pools are cloudy, green or have extremely unbalanced parameters.
So again, please be patient as we are sure many of you are wanting to get a sample checked. We will not be able to have water samples left on the premises for testing. So, if the test is important enough then please wait in que and we will get to you ASAP.
*We do have Chlorine/Bromine & Salt test strips for you to safely test your water at home as well.
~Chlorine Refills ~
We are refilling chlorine jugs. We ask that you leave your jugs in your vehicle, line up to pay and notify staff on how many and what size jugs you have to refill. They will then direct you around back when it is safe!
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE BACK OF EITHER STORE BEOFRE A STAFF MEMEBER HAS DIRECTED YOU TO DO SO!
~Service Calls ~
Our service crews will continue to provide essential pool service to our customers under strict safety protocols. I.e. pool openings & closings, spa service, repairs, installations and supplying essential pool & spa supplies, while meeting the residential, community health and public safety Covid-19 requirements. If you have a scheduled service call or pool opening or closing booked with us we will be in touch personally to relay the requirements to have the service completed.
